Beverlee is familiar to some of us from her 8 years of telecom dispatch. She followed 5 years as a Scheduling Lead in the medical field and came to us with 25 years overall of exceptional customer service. Her steady presence and grace under pressure should be a great fit for Fidelis. In her spare time, Bev enjoys camping with her wife Julie and their super cute dog Charlie! Welcome Beverlee!
