Matt has a talent for cooking and IT, which he admits is a strange combination. He worked as a professional chef at the Cheesecake Factory for 6 years, but his love of IT won out and he’s happy to get to transition to Network Engineering with Fidelis. He likes to go dirt biking in the spring and summer and even on some nice fall and winter days.
