Fidelis Communicator
The Fidelis Communicator is a small application that is automatically deployed to the PCs that we manage. This application:
- Allows our team to communicate with you for routine maintenance items.
- Allows you to quickly find our support contact information.
- Provides easy access to self-help maintenance tasks.
- Provides a quick way to access our Ticket Portal, security awareness training portal, etc.
Ticket Portal
Need support? Our integrated Ticket Portal allows you to quickly and easily open a support request with our team.
In addition to providing opening a ticket, our portal:
- Provides real-time access to the status of your current and historical support requests.
- Allows you to add notes or attachments to tickets.
- Allows you to access reports and dashboards.
